 When we announced the Outset Books Top Indian Reviewer Awards, we were not expecting a huge response as we were not concentrating on the marketing side. Nonetheless, we received an unrelenting response from the reviewers, which continued way past the due date. The waiting time is over and finally, we have the nominees for the different categories. Vish Dhamija

Vish Dhamija is the bestselling author of ten works of crime fiction, including Unlawful Justice, Bhendi Bazaar, The Mogul, The Heist Artist, and Doosra. He is frequently referred to in the Indian press as the ‘master of crime and courtroom drama’. In August 2015, after the release of his first legal thriller, Déjà Karma, Glimpse magazine called him ‘India’s John Grisham’ for stimulating the genre of legal fiction in India. Vish lives in London with his wife, Nidhi.

Shabnam Minwalla

Shabnam Minwalla has worked as a journalist with the Times of India. Presently, she writes food columns, book reviews, and features for newspapers and magazines. Her first book, The Six Spellmakers of Dorabji Street, was critically acclaimed and won the Rivokids Parents' and Kids' Choice Awards. She is also the author of The Strange Haunting of Model High School, The Shy Supergirl, and Lucky Girl.
