My Review

Writing Children's book seems to be an easy task but it is not as easy as it seems. One should think as a child. Put them in the child's shoes. It should be easily comprehensible yet money-worth.

Ganesh is one such book. The story of the cute little elephant god is sure to impress the children. Ganesh is always the favorite god of Indians.Hence the title itself is th attraction. The four stories How Ganesh lost his head, Ganesh loses a tusk, Ganesh versus Karthik and Ganesh curses the moon are the four titles. The four stories give a glimpse on different instances of 'Ganesh Charith.'

Illustrations by Tapas Guha adds to the attraction.  Some more stories could have been added to make the book worth the money spent. Yet I would not think twice before buying this book for my kids.
